This year the big summer project was renovating a new-to-us 1972 Airstream trailer.  My husband spent many hours getting the trailer in shape for us to use.  It is now prepared and ready for our inaugural adventure.  We are heading east and spending a nice chunk of time experiencing life on the road and in the trailer.  I think living in the Airstream space will communicate to us what the next project will be. (I think the trailer will spend multiple years as a summer project).  The trailer renovation has been my husband’s endeavour, I don’t get to brag because it was not my success, but he did a beautiful job.

My summer project was somewhat smaller.  I renovated an armoire.  Once I stopped trying to reinvent the wheel (I had some trouble with the chemistry between two products), it came together quite nicely.  I really suck at remembering to take the “Before” pictures, but here is the “After”.
