I live on a corner and have a rather large fence that is aesthetically devoid. I have grown morning glories and nasturtium up it. I have thought about cutting holes through it, re-spacing the boards, and reducing the height. During the winter I decided I would create a mural on the fence using thin plywood. The plywood idea had to temporally be shelved due to time, space, equipment, and knowledge. I altered the mural idea from something semi-permanent to some thing transient, with the minimal expense of a box of sidewalk chalk.
The first mural was fun to make. My neighbour even got involved with the colouring.
I just finished the second installation, as the first one got obliterated during a huge rain storm. Today was a day for porcine ascension,
and descent.
